Engraved trophy awarded to the yacht "Independence" for winning the Royal Yacht Club First Prize, 1st December 1923. Silver cup with two scrolled handles, short stem and flared base. Inscription reads: "Royal Yacht Club/First Prize Presented By/The Right Hon Lord Forster of Lepe P. C. G. C. M. G./Won by Independence/1st December 1923"
