Brief Description
A photograph of Albert Park Rowing Club vice-president, George Plant, standing beside the Briscoe Trophy, which was the centrepiece at the Albert Park R.C. Centenary Dinner, in May 1973. The Trophy was awarded to the winners of the Non-manual Labourer Amateur Senior Fours event at the Melbourne Regatta from 1882-1889. Albert Park won this event for the last three years the event took place.
