An enamelled gold badge, with a light blue chief and a dark blue base, divided by a gold band. The base features a sailing symbol. Inscription in Russian, reads (transliterated): XXII/TALLIN 80. The Baltic port city of Tallinn hosted the sailing events at the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games. Maker's mark features on the back.
